The MWI lamp will illuminate when you have an unheard voicemail
If you do not wish to use MWI you can disable it and only receive voicemail notifications. This setting can be configured in the web interface.
Log into the
phone.emu.edu
Click on the three bars in the upper left corner
Click on
Settings
Click on
Personal Attendant
Check the box for "
Forward and Delete voicemail
"
Click
Save
