TMessage Waiting Indicator (MWI)

Body

  • The MWI lamp will illuminate when you have an unheard voicemail
  • If you do not wish to use MWI you can disable it and only receive voicemail notifications.  This setting can be configured in the web interface.
    • Log into the phone.emu.edu
    • Click on the three bars in the upper left corner
    • Click on Settings
    • Click on Personal Attendant
    • Check the box for "Forward and Delete voicemail"
    • Click Save
