Screen Sharing in Microsoft Teams

Just like in Zoom, you can share your screen in a Teams meeting. This feature is essential for presentations, demos, and collaborative work.

Steps to Share Your Screen in Teams:

1. Once in a meeting, look for the Share Content button (an icon of a screen with an arrow) at the top of your meeting window.

2. Select what you would like to share:

   • Desktop: Share your entire screen.
      

   • Window: Share a specific application window.
      

   • PowerPoint: Share a PowerPoint file directly in the meeting.
      

3. Click Stop sharing when you're finished.
    

This process is virtually identical to Zoom’s screen-sharing feature.
