Add A Report to MyReports in J1

  1. In J1 click on the green "Add new report". 
  2. In the "Add a Report Link" dialog box, click the "Browse..." button.
  3. Navigate to the report you want to add in the "Select Report" dialog box.
  4. Click the + beside "SIS" to show the contents of the folder
  5. Click the + beside "EX" to show the contents of that folder.
  6. Click the + beside "Additional Reports" to show the contents of that folder
  7. Select the department that contains the report.
  8. Click on the + beside the next folder to expand it. Then click the + beside the pbl that contains the report.
  9. Click on the report to highlight it and click on "Select".
  10. A new window will pop up with all the information completed.
  11. Update the Description to what should be displayed on the My Reports listing.
  12. Now the report will appear in the J1 My Reports section.
