Printing On Campus

Students have two methods available for printing on campus. If you are an employee and would like to print from your personal computer please see note at bottom of the page.

Mobility Print

Print from any device directly to select prints on campus including the Royal Printer and Parkwood (PW-01).

Email to Print

Email to print allows you to print to any Ricoh multi-function device on campus by attaching your document to an email. It is compatible with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, pdf and picture file formats.

Advantages

  • Easy to print without any configuration or printer installation
  • Can send jobs from off campus

Disadvantages

  • Cannot select any finishing options from the Ricoh MFD

Royal Printer

Print from any device and retry your jobs from any Ricoh MFD on campus by swiping your ID card.

Advantages

  • Finishing options are available when sending the print job
  • Compatible with any file format

Disadvantages

  • Requires printer installation and configuration
  • Can only send jobs when connected to the EMU network

Employee Printing

Employees printing from a personal device should install the Royal-Printer. After sending the job, you will need to login to papercut.emu.edu/client and assign a billing code.
