This setting is not visible in the Admin Console's Calendar sharing settings. Instead, each user must change it in their own Calendar interface:
✅ Steps for Individual Users:

Go to Google Calendar.

Click the gear icon in the top right and select Settings.

Scroll down the left-hand menu and click Events from Gmail.

Uncheck “Automatically add events from Gmail to my calendar.”

Optionally, uncheck “Show declined events” to reduce clutter.
This prevents Gmail from auto-creating events like fake bookings, flight confirmations, or phishing-triggered calendar entries.
