Steps to Record a Meeting in Teams:

Once in the meeting, click on the More options (three dots) in the meeting controls.

Select Start recording.

Once the meeting is over, click Stop recording.

The recording will be available in the meeting chat or the associated OneDrive/SharePoint location for later viewing.
This is comparable to Zoom's recording feature, which, depending on your subscription, also records the meeting locally on your smartphone or to the cloud.
