This process is very similar to Zoom; Microsoft Teams allows you to schedule and organize meetings ahead of time. Here’s how to do it.
Steps to Schedule a Meeting in Teams

Open Microsoft Teams and go to the Calendar tab on the left sidebar.

Click New Meeting at the top right of the screen.

Enter your meeting details, including the title, date, time, and description.

In the Invite people field, add the email addresses of participants.

Click Save when done. The meeting will automatically appear on your calendar and an invite will be sent to participants with a link to join the meeting.
Similar to scheduling a meeting in Zoom, where you can send invitations with a unique meeting link
