- Log in to Google Workspace
- Click on Google Apps in the top right corner

- Then click on the Calendar App

- In the Calendar app, choose the time and date for the meeting.
- A Google Calendar meeting window will open, looking like the picture below

6. Click on the drop-down button at the end of the "Add Google Meet video conferencing" button.

7. A Microsoft Teams Icon will appear; click on it

- The Google Calendar will then update with a link for the Microsoft Teams Meeting. It is similar to adding a regular meeting using Google Calendar
- Then, to complete the meeting invitation, add a description of the meeting and include the participants.
- Just like in Zoom, you can add guests to the Teams meeting
- When you are ready, make sure you click on Save
- Would you like to send invitation emails to Google Calendar guests? Click Send.

- The event will be successful it will be saved on your calendar
