You EMU ID photo will be printed on your EMU ID card and made available electronically to EMU employees who need to identify you. This means it will be used in Moodle, Navigate and the EMU directory to allow professors to confirm your identity. Users will need to be logged into the system to view your photo. It is not available to the public.
You may request that your photo is not viewable in the EMU directory using the Update Student Info link in the left column on the Directory tab in myEMU.
Your photo will not be removed from Moodle or Navigate. EMU's accreditation requires that professors validate the identity of students receiving credit for their coursework.
