Installing the Client
Download the VPN client here: Forticlient for Mac
Install the client by clicking on the downloaded file. Installing will require a reboot.
Double click on the install.mpkg icon
The client will need to have full disk access. Click on Open Security & Privacy Settings
Check the box by fmon2
You will be prompted to reboot.
Connect the Client
This can only be done off-campus
Open FortiClient by clicking on the shield icon in the top right corner of the menu bar.
Select Open Forticlient Console
Click on Remote Access in the left column. Click on Connect
Your default browser will open and the sign-in form will appear. Authenticate with your EMU email address and Royal Password. You will be prompted for multi-factor authentication.
After you sign-in, the browser tab will show this message and can be closed.
