Accessing Jenzabar Applications on an EMU Windows Computer

Setup the Connection Feed

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Search for "remote" and select "Access RemoteApp and desktops"
  3. Enter the connection URL: https://EMUapps.jenzabarcloud.com/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx 
  4. Now that your have subscribed to the RemoteApps, they will be available from the Start menu
  5. If you prefer to launch applications from the taskbar, right-click and "Pin to taskbar" 
  6. When launching a RemoteApp from the start menu or the taskbar, you may see a number of dialog boxes before getting to the normal Jenzabar, PowerFAIDs or InfoMaker screens. 
  7. You will be opening a remote desktop connection to run Jenzabar. If you get a message about opening a Remote Desktop Connection, check the box "I understand and allow RDP files to open on this device for my account." Then click the OK button.

    You will be asked to verify the publisher (jenzabarcloud.com) before connecting.

    On this screen, there are a number of check boxes of what local resources the remote computer is allowed to access. Check all the local resources you will want to use and check the box to remember your choices. You must click Connect to proceed.  
  8. The application will begin loading. 
  9. Enter your EMU username and password when prompted. 
  10. Once it is done loading the RemoteApp, you are ready to use it.
