You can remove Read.AI from your meeting platforms and permanently delete your account using the instructions below:
Microsoft Teams
To disconnect Read AI from Microsoft Teams:

Open Teams.

In the top right corner, click your profile picture and choose Manage apps.

Locate Read AI in the list of installed applications.
-
Click the three dots icon (More options) next to Read AI and select Uninstall.

Confirm the removal by clicking Remove.

Restart Teams.
Zoom
To remove Read AI from your Zoom account:

Sign in to your Zoom account via a web browser (not the desktop or mobile app).

Go to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Click Manage in the top right.

Under the "Installed Apps" section, find Read AI.

Click Remove or Uninstall.

Confirm your decision.

Restart Zoom.
Google Meet
Since Google Meet does not have its own app store, Read AI is typically linked through Google Calendar or installed as a Chrome extension.If connected via Google Calendar:

Go to Google Calendar.

Click the gear icon and select Settings.
-
Navigate to Event settings.
-
Find Read AI under "Conferencing providers" and remove it.
If installed as a Chrome extension:

Open Google Chrome.
-
Click the puzzle piece icon in the toolbar to view extensions.

Find Read AI and click Remove.

Confirm the removal in the pop-up window by clicking Remove again.

Restart Chrome.
Permanently Deleting Your Read AI Account
To erase all your data and permanently close your account:

Log in to your Read AI account. https://www.read.ai/

Log in with your EMU account.

Navigate to your Account Settings.
-
Select the Advanced tab in the left-hand menu.
-
Click the red Delete my account button.

Confirm the deletion.
Completing these final steps will immediately log you out and complete the permanent deletion of your account.
